What is the pinhole occluder?

It is one of the eye occluders with one or more small holes through it, used by ophthalmologists, orthoptists, and optometrists to test visual acuity in an easy way. Focus light and temporarily remove the effects o refractive errors during eye exams.

➤ How to Use the Pinhole Occluder?

While testing visual acuity, just move and align the pinhole to the circle hole, squinting and looking at the eye chart through a tiny hole by blocking light through the outer parts of the eye’s lens.
